After getting a water bill that was extremely high we found out that we had an underground pipe leak. We called Pelican and they were out within 2 hours. Billy did a great job very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to fix the leak in just under 30 minutes. This is a local family owned company and even has kiddos at the local elementary school! This company should be your first and only call for your plumbing issues. Their service was excellent. They were proactive and asked for photos of our fixtures prior to arriving so they would have parts on hand when they arrived. We appreciated that they came over quickly to help us before our guests arrived, as our issue was in our guest bathroom. We are very thankful to have them in the community.
