I took a chance and gave Pelican a shot. So glad that I did. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy, with no long wait. Brett Dykman was my plumber. He was on time, professional, friendly, assessed the problem quickly, and had everything he needed to immediately remedy the problem. No need for additional trips or extended work. No up selling or finding "additional problems". This is exactly how you earn a customer for life! It has been a while, since the service, and the problem has not returned.
